HOW LONG WILL MY MAKEOVER TAKE?
Your makeover is booked in an hour slot, it may take a little less time or a little longer depending on what look you would like.
DOES MY MAKEOVER INCLUDE LASHES?
Yes. We have a wide variety of lashes to choose from, but do not have a problem with you bringing your own if there is a particular pair you love! Makeovers are the same price if you decide not to have lashes.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is parking just around the corner from the studio opposite the city library. If you don't drive, or decide not to take the car, we are a short walk from the metro and bus stations at monument and haymarket.
WHAT MAKEUP BRANDS DOES STUDIO 92 USE?
We use a wide variety of premium brands including Urban Decay, Jeffree Star, Kat Von D, Mac Cosmetics, Makeup Geek, Anastasia Beverley Hills and many more. If there is a specific brand or product you would not like us to use in your makeover, please feel free to let us know.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations within 7 days of booking confirmation: deposit will be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months for the customer to use against another booking. Cancellations made after the 7 day period will be forfeited 100% of the deposit amount. Any bookings where the appointment date is less than 7 days from the booking date, the deposit is seen as confirmation of your attendance of the appointment and no refunds will be given. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking date will be required to pay the full remaining balance. Cancellations must be in the form of writing via email. Please note if you are 15 minutes (+) late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete your makeover in the remaining 45 (or less) minutes. However, you will still be required to make the full payment. **COVID-19** any appointments affected by COVID-19 will not receive a refund of their deposit regardless of circumstance. All deposits, however, can be used for another date if your event has been cancelled or rescheduled. As always, failure to show up to an appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, will be liable to pay for the full appointment. Thank you for your understanding. (updated 18.03.20).
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes. Each service we provide requires at least a 40% deposit to secure your space. Without a deposit, your space can not be held.
CAN STUDIO 92 COME TO MY HOUSE?
We are able to be mobile upon request. Group bookings of 5+ only.
HOW DO I PAY?
We take a deposit at the point of booking your service, this is taken via Paypal secure payment methods. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day. Unfortunately we don't have a card terminal yet, so don't accept card.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or relative along with you to your makeover, but for lessons you are required to come either on your own or only with the model you have provided. Please bring only 1 friend, as our seating area is limited. If this is a problem please let us know prior to your appointment and we can make an arrangement.
I HAVE AN EARLY APPOINTMENT, WILL MY MAKEUP LAST?
Here at STUDIO 92 we pride ourselves in taking those extra steps to really make your makeup last all day and night! We use long lasting makeup and are constantly praised by our clients on how their makeup stayed on perfectly.. even until the early hours!
